Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
    • Recruitment & Onboarding:
      Managing job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, making offers, and overseeing the onboarding process. 
       
  • Employee Relations:
    Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. 
     
  • Benefits Administration:
    Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. 
     
  • Performance Management:
    Conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and developing performance improvement plans. 
     
  • Training & Development:
    Identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and managing employee career development. 
     
  • HR Policy Development & Implementation:
    Drafting, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures. 
     
  • Payroll & Compensation:
    Assisting with payroll processing, salary negotiations, and compensation administration.
