• Analyse market trends, regulatory developments, and technology shifts to identify

projects.
• Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and commercial viability assessments.
• Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for the Board/Investment
Committee.
Deal & Project Management

• Lead evaluation of greenfield and brownfield projects, joint ventures, and M&A
opportunities (domestic & international).
• Coordinate due diligence, valuation exercises, and negotiations with external consultants,
investment banks, legal, and advisory firms.
• Manage transaction timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.
Portfolio Monitoring
• Continuously monitor and assess performance of the existing portfolio in sectors like solar
power plants, engineering services, construction, and manufacturing.
• Identify areas for value enhancement, strategic partnerships, and operational
improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work directly with one of the promoters/founders, providing strategic and analytical
support.
• Engage with senior management teams, technical experts, and external advisors.
• Represent the Group in select industry events, conferences, and business forums.
Candidate Profile:
Education & Experience
• CA, CFA, MBA (Top-tier institutions preferred) or equivalent finance/strategy
qualification.
• 4–8 years’ experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy, private
equity, or family office environments.
• Exposure to multi-sector analysis, with preference for candidates having experience in
manufacturing-related businesses.
Skills & Attributes
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
• Proficient in market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and investment return analysis.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
