Asst. Manager - HR
Job Description:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory
standards.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and hiring.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new employees.
Design and implement performance management systems, KPIs, and appraisal
processes.
Identify training and development needs; organize internal and external
programs.
Plan and manage engagement initiatives, events, and feedback mechanisms
(e.g., employee surveys).
Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances professionally.
Maintain accurate HR records, including payroll coordination, benefits, leaves,
and attendance.
Oversee HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy and reporting.
Manage employee documentation, contracts, and policy updates.
