Job Description:

 Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory
standards.
 Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and hiring.
 Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new employees.
 Design and implement performance management systems, KPIs, and appraisal
processes.
 Identify training and development needs; organize internal and external
programs.
 Plan and manage engagement initiatives, events, and feedback mechanisms
(e.g., employee surveys).
 Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances professionally.
 Maintain accurate HR records, including payroll coordination, benefits, leaves,
and attendance.
 Oversee HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy and reporting.
 Manage employee documentation, contracts, and policy updates.
