HARDWARE / NETWORK SUPPORT ENGINEER
Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide Level 1 & Level 2 desktop support to end users (on-site and remote).
Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop hardware, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and other standard applications.
Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and network connectivity issues.
Handle email configuration and troubleshooting (Outlook, Exchange, O365).
Perform OS installation, upgrades, and patching.
Provide support for antivirus, endpoint security, and system updates.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED :
Windows 7/10/11, basic knowledge of Windows Server
MS Office / Outlook / Teams
Hardware troubleshooting (Desktop, Laptop, Printers)
Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP, etc.)
Antivirus & endpoint security tools
SURVEILLANCE & CCTV SYSTEMS :
Installation & Config: End-to-end setup of IP and Analog cameras, including PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom).
NVR/DVR Management: Configure Network Video Recorders, manage storage arrays (RAID) for video retention, and optimize bandwidth usage.
VMS Expertise: Administer Video Management Software (like Bosch, Milestone) to manage user permissions and remote viewing.
