- Office Management: Overseeing daily front-office activities, managing supplies, and ensuring facilities run smoothly.
- Data & Records: Maintaining digital and physical filing systems, database management, and handling confidential information.
- Reporting: Compiling data for daily, weekly, or monthly MIS reports.
- Coordination: Acting as a liaison between different departments, staff, vendors, and clients.
- Travel & Calendar Management: Booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels) and scheduling meetings for management
