Position: Controlling and Accounting in Account and Finance
Eligibility
 Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B. Com).
 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts & Finance.
 Experience in a manufacturing company will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
 Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
 Prepare and maintain accounting records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
 Manage tender-related documentation and accounting activities.
 Prepare segment-wise financial reports and MIS.
 Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
 Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
 Support budgeting, cost controlling, and financial analysis.
 Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
 Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and reporting.
Required Skills
 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts & Finance.
 Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
 Experience in Tender Accounting.
 Strong knowledge of Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS OƯice.

 Knowledge of Tally, ERP, or other accounting software is preferred.
 Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
