Job Description:

Position: Plant Maintenance Engineer
Experience: 1–5 years
Department: Production, Manufacturing & Engineering
Location: Gandhinagar
Qualifications: Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Role & responsibilities

 Manage overall plant, machinery, and building maintenance activities.
 Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize machine
breakdowns.
 Ensure timely maintenance of machining equipment and production utilities.
 Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to prevent
major failures.
 Optimize maintenance costs through eƯective planning and resource utilization.
 Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory maintenance
requirements.
 Coordinate with production teams to maximize machine availability and
minimize downtime.

 Maintain maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and service
documentation.

Skills:
 Knowledge of CNC/VMC maintenance.
 Preventive and breakdown maintenance.
 Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
 Building and utility maintenance.
 Basic knowledge of PLC, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
 Good problem-solving and communication skills.
