Supply Chain Manager

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
 Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, planning and logistics.
 Source and develop vendors for mechanical, electrical, electronic and dispenser components.
 Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components for production.
 Monitor inventory levels and control material costs.
 Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores and Engineering teams.
 Negotiate with suppliers for pricing, quality and delivery timelines.
 Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery.
 Handle import/export documentation and logistics wherever required.
 Implement cost-saving initiatives and improve supply chain eƯiciency.
Required Skills
 Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Procurement.
 Experience in manufacturing industries, preferably fuel dispensers, petroleum equipment, automotive or
engineering.
 Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components.

 Vendor development, negotiation and cost-control skills.
 Good understanding of inventory management and material planning.
 Working knowledge of SAP Business One or other ERP systems.
 Good communication, coordination and team management skills.
