Job Description:

Responsible for HR, IR and Admin activities at factory like Attendance, Leave Management, Payroll, Maintain all the register, Housekeeping, Govt. Liaisoning, Contract Labour Management etc.

  1. Responsible for maintaining all statuary register of Attendance and other registers as per statutory requirement.
  2. Responsible for attendance, Payroll & Contract Labour bill passing related activities.
  3. Knowledge of all Labour Laws & Compliance under the Law.
  4.    Responsible for maintaining harmonious & cordial industrial relations in the Organisation.        
  5.  Responsible for general administration work like Housekeeping, Vehicle management etc.
  6. Make sure that hygiene is maintained at the work area as well as the production area.
  7. Responsible for maintaining the Personnel files of all employees & all personnel records.
  8. Prepare various MIS report as per Management Requirement.
  9. Driver management.
  10.   Responsible for Recruitment of staff and contract labor
  11.   Responsible for various audits like FASAI / Food & Drugs dept.
  12.   Other HR and Admin related work. 
  13.   Any other work assigned by senior’s/ superior as per requirement.  
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Qualification:  MBA (HR), MSW/MLW, Any diploma in Human Resource

5+ Years of Experience in the same field.

Location: Bavla , Transportation facility provided by Ahmedabad only.
