- Drafting of Agreements (Trademark, Real Estate, etc.)
- Trademark, Copyright matters in court
- Food Safety Compliance (FSSAI)
- Legal Metrology Compliance
- EPR Compliance
- Pollution Control Norms
- Good Knowledge of Real Estate Matters, Sale Deed, Title Clearance Procedures, RERA, etc.
- Inter-Departmental Assistance
- Duplication of Goods, Criminal Procedures
- Cheque bounce (Negotiable Instruments Act)
- Advertisement & Branding Norms (ASCI)
- Cigarette & Other Tobacco Products Norms
- Day to day data Management
- To be able to handle Minor Legal opinion matters independently
- Appearing High Court / District Court
- Contract Drafting (HR, Sales, Brand, Legal matters, etc.)
Salary Range: 5.00 lakh to 7.00 lakh per annum
Experience: 5 Year to 7 Years
Qualification: LLB/LLM
Location - Ahmedabad
