Operation Executive- Investments

Total position: 1

Experience: 2-3 Years (Preferably Investment/Advisory/Wealth management)

Qualification: Post-Graduation (Preferably MBA-Finance)

CTC: 3 LPA to 3.60 LPA

Location: HO Ahmedabad

Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing entire lifecycle for each investment - onboarding, KYC, account setup, investor reports, etc.
• Manage daily investment operations for liquid funds (Process daily transactions including MF, PMS, etc), and managing capital calls, reporting, document execution, and dispersals in the case of illiquid funds (AIFs, VC/PE Funds, and direct startups ).
• Ensure accurate fund accounting books and records (e.g. NAV).
• Ensure all relevant documentation is filed properly and communicated across the relevant teams.
• Build, maintain and manage relationships with counterparties, MF, Wealth advisors, banks, fund administrators, auditors, corporate secretaries, and service providers.
• Support the management in all tasks related to operations and serve as the primary point of contact for daily operations matters.
• Maintain robust operations, controls, and compliance frameworks and policies.
• All other investment-related administrative and operations matters.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Familiar with financial statements, and accounting practices.

At least 2-3 years of experience in middle office or operations at a family office, wealth manager, asset manager (Mutual Fund), or fund administrator.
