Underwriting Manager - Motor Insurance
Job Description:
Contribute to achieving the topline & loss ratio targets in the Digital channel (Web, B2B & B2C) as
set by the management through regular reviews with all stakeholders
? Liaison with all stakeholders (Sales, IT, Operations, Legal & Compliance) for all matters
pertaining to underwriting.
? Ensure 100% compliance with all regulatory & product approval-related aspects.
? Work with IT and Operations staff to ensure that business requirements are met and that
customers are provided with a high level of service.
? Conduct training on product & UW processes.
? Manage all the expectations of the key shareholders and work together to achieve shared
organizational goals
