Job Description:

Responsibilities

Communicating with the target audiences, Coordinating with the customers and maintaining relationships with them & Focus on Developing new customer base & enhancing growth in present base 
Coordinating and generating business with the customers through Emails, Calls, etc, all online sources and marketing tools &References from existing customers 
Research of competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases, Competitor activities & new product developments 
Managing to prepare designs as per the requirement of the customers while in coordination with the design department and directly with the clients
Timely coordination with Regional manager on daily basis and report him whole day working schedule
For preparation of new design for the customer, filling DESIGN MASTER form and forward it to the Design department and starting design creation
There can be creation of new design, making changes in the existing designs as per the requirement of the customers
Focus on achievement of set targets in terms of Volume sales, Collections & profitability.
Coordination with clients and design department till the design gets finalised
Signing Cylinder P.O. received from Jr. Executive Accounts - Graphics for further process
Coordination with production team in terms of production and quality issues, if any
Coordination with clients and factory dispatch department for dispatch of products to final destination
Follow up of C Forms in time from all the clients
Collection/ Follow up of Payments from Customers on timely basis
Handling Exhibitions and doing its related arrangement efficiently and manage to generate new clients from it 
Maintaining and updating customer databases
Responsible for creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities to the management
Organising sales visits at the regular interval of time of the existing customers and new prospective clients and submit travel report after returning from tour to reporting manager
Maintaining all files, documents as per system by the management
Prepare & provide MIS reports as per the requirement of the management
Strict adherence to company policy.
Do any work as and when allotted by the superiors
