Job Description:
Handling various duties like:
Accounting & Financial Reporting:
1. Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Financial Statement of Captive Insurance
accounts as per US GAAP, IFRS and Bermuda Regulations within the agreed deadlines
along with analytical comparisons and various reports to Stakeholder's / Board of
Directors
2. Review of the financial statements prepared by the team reporting to me
3. Successfully migrated to a new GCMS Software from the previous system
4. Preparation of Budgets and Forecasts for the companies and analyzing the same with the
Actuals
5. Training and grooming new joiners through the process and activities
Audit / Regulatory Compliance:
1. Preparing GAAP accounts and notes
2. Preparing and filing Statutory Financial Return in compliance with Bermuda regulations
3. Independently handling audit queries and providing seamlessly support to the onshore
team for completing the year-end audit
OTHER TRAINING DETAILS:
1. Enrolled for the Masters in Business Finance Course by ICAI
2. Stock Market Certificate Courses by Zerodha
3. Online courses on Financial modeling, Excel and Capital Markets etc.
