Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities

i) Access Claims
ii) Filing & documenting
iii) Create contact list in the core system
iv) Register the claim
v) Initial customer contact
vi) Follow up for claim documents from insured and surveyors / investigators / advocate
vii) Update notes and other claim details in the core system
viii) Generate reports from system
ix) Maintain masters in respect to Garages
x) Maintain inventory of claim files
xi) Prepare list of closed files and dispatch to compactor
