DATA ENTRY OPERATOR - Legal
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scanning, renaming, and uploading of legal documents into the system.
- Carry out data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain proper digital and physical filing systems for legal records.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive legal information.
- Assist the legal team with basic documentation and administrative support.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth flow of information.
Desired Candidate Profile
- LLB graduate (freshers welcome).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Basic knowledge of legal terminology and documentation preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, scanning tools, and file management systems.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
