Job Description:
- Explore and co-ordinate with transporters & road carriers for timely and accurate material dispatch.
- Liaise and negotiate the transportation charges, tall charges and other charges with transporters & road carriers for reasonable dispatch.
- Coordinate with Dispatch manager for daily dispatch activities.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Idea and knowledge of multi packing as per client requirement
- Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and document important information.
- Monitor & Regulate manpower requirements
- Preparing and timely submitting of production reports
- Shop Floor Safety
- Team Handling
