Job Description:

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the
HORECA industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients in the HORECA
market
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis
- Create and manage a sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of new business
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and
finance to execute sales strategies and meet business goals
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and
conditions for our company
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the management team
2. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HORECA sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales
targets and driving revenue growth
- In-depth knowledge of the food and beverage industry, including key players, market
trends, and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and
market trends to develop effective sales strategies
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience negotiating contracts and agreements with clients
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed
