Job Description:
Duties & responsibilities:
• Responsible for HR function (Recruitment, Compensation, training & Induction, PMS, Employee engagement, separation, pay roll processing, salary slips, time office functions etc.)
• Reviewing and developing relevant ATPL Policies and Procedures and providing help in relation to employee performance, conduct and Time office management.
• Documentation towards legal compliances & legal compliances (PF, ESIC, PT etc.)
• Maintaining all HR records for Employees for audit purpose.
• Assisting with preparations for disciplinary and grievance hearings as necessary
• Support Corporate HR towards OD & OB
• Plan, Coordinate and administer training and development programs and liaise with external training agencies as required.
