ob Description for Designer:
? Good Expertise Auto cad, Solid work – Modeling, Drafting & Assembly
workbenches.
? Ability to apply good Modelling Techniques as required to update Existing
Models and during the Development of new concept Models for Components and
Subsystems on Design software
? Good knowledge of applying GD & T
? Designing & detailing of Assembly line structures for the automotive industries,
Visit to client for technical discussion, installation of structure at site as per
design, Designing of material handling equipment
? Ability to understand the requirement of client and implement the same in
design
? Ability in planning, coordinating, and performing complete design cycles right
from concept design to its final implementation
? Selection of raw material, Deciding manufacturing process, Geometric
Dimensioning and tolerances
? Ability to decide the process for the manufacturing of each part like CNC,
Milling, VMC etc.
? Ability to develop the design product as a prototype for approval.
? Visit to the installation site for the technical discussion
? Changes in the existing design or development in the existing design for the ease
of operations.
? Visit to the vendor for the observation of the ongoing work.
? Ability to work on detailed Assembly files and BOM Ensure Different Drawing
Standards are implemented in Drafting Expertise on GD&T Knowledge for
Manufacturing Processes.
? Persistence with a positive attitude towards my Career and Goal with Problem
solving and Decision Making by setting prioritise work in an Efficient and Timely
Manner to meet Project Essential Needs.
