HR Recruiter
Job Description:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Review resumes and credentials to ensure qualifications meet job requirements
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Facilitate the interview process, including candidate debriefs and feedback sessions
• Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed
