1. PRODUCTION/TESTING ENGINEER (Dept - Operations)  (02 positions)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Strix is in the business of wireless networking products. Our products are used to offer solutions for massive scale out-door and In-door Wi-Fi mesh networks worldwide.
Production/Testing Engineering jobs here involve working on verifying the quality of electronics components and PCBs and test assembled final product before shipping to the customers. We use Qualcomm chipset based hardware and also use other chipsets like MIPS or ARM processors SoC based hardware.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Examine quality of assembled printed circuit boards (PCB)
 Boards bring up including steps like cold test, rf calibration, serialization etc.
 Perform hardware testing and also maintain a quality checklist.
 Troubleshoot and recover boards when possible.
 Check the quality of final assembled products before shipping.
 Prepare quality reports, define processes to improve productivity.
 Categorize issues and communicate to the designers to solve those in the most
productive way for future versions.
 Support customers as and when quality problems are reported.

ELIGIBILITY:
 BE/BTech/Diploma in EC, IC, CE, IT and similar degree
 0-3 years of experience (Fresher also allowed)
 Good fundamental knowledge about electronics circuits, embedded hardware
Testing, troubleshooting etc. and be able to apply in actual field to improve
product quality or productivity
 Exposure to boards design and testing processes is highly desirable
 Excellent communication (written and spoken in English)
 Excellent problem solving skills & Experience in Electronics Manufacturing
industries will be added advantage
