Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the Director’s schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel
arrangements.
Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Take regular follow-ups from managers regarding payments, transport, orders, and other
important business matters.
Prepare reports, memos, and other confidential documents as required.
Maintain effective filing and data management systems.
Organize and attend meetings, ensuring the Director is well-prepared.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
Assist in tracking project deadlines and deliverables.
Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
