Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence on behald of Director.
•Handle highly confidential documents and sensitive information effectively.
•Serve as a link between Director and Senior Management, Employees, External officials.
•Complie and maintain an up to date telephone directory of important numbers and addressess.
•Co-ordinate domestic & International travel arrangements including Flights, Hotel stay and Ground trnasportation of Director.
•Book Domestic travel tickets for Company‘s Staff (Air & Railways).
