Job Description:
Visit retail shops, kirana stores, and distributors daily.
Generate orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
Appoint new retailers in assigned territory.
Ensure proper stock availability and product display at outlets.
Collect payments as per company policy.
Maintain daily visit and sales reports.
Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Minimum 1–3 years experience in FMCG sales (Tea preferred).
Good communication and convincing skills.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license mandatory.
Basic knowledge of local market and retailer network.
