Job Description:
Role Objective: Drive overall HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage manpower requirements across shop floor and office
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
- Handle recruitment strategy, onboarding, and retention planning
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and audits
- Drive performance management systems (KPI/KRA)
- Maintain employee discipline, grievance handling, and engagement
- Coordinate training programs for skill development (PLC, safety, hygiene)
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance systems, and shift planning
- Build a strong work culture focused on accountability and execution
