Job Description:
Responsible for Client Servicing and Business Development
? Responsible for doing client meetings and presentations
? Liasoning and follow-up with clients (brands) and developers
? Doing Market Survey and Market Research
? Making site visits with clients
? Ensuring smooth backend operations
? Managing a team of CRO’s & CRE’s
? Responsible for timely resolution of customers queries
? Proven skills in using and knowledge of internet
? Skills in Identifying and shortlisting properties online
? Knowledge of AutoCAD would be an added benefit
? Maintaining MIS and generating required reports
? Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Gmail)
? Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal)
