Claims Officer
Job Description:
a.Managing Group health insurance section of the claims department.
b.Coordinating and managing TPAs who are working for Magma-HDI for GHI policies.
- Coordinating with TPAs for claim processing( settlement and Reputation).
- Coordinating with TPAs for maintaining clams TAT.
- Monthly deficiency review and claims outstanding review.
- Conducting TPA audit on a quarterly basis.
