Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Generate sales leads.
  2. Attending Customers, Presenting the Project Specifications and addressing their queries.
  3. Interact with clients to determine business requirements
  4. Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with the customers periodically
  5. Maintain good relationships with customers and promote the product's uniqueness.
  6. Showing residential and commercial properties and demonstrate the features and benefits

 

Skills required:

- Good communication and sales capability with steep learning curve

- Good persuasion skills, target orientation and tactfulness

- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
