GM Customer Care - Tooling
Job Description:
- Should have customer reach PAN India level.
- Market Penetration for new customers and enquiry generation.
- Coordination with customers / sales & production team.
- Analysis of MIS / Collection / Projection / Compliance.
- To achieve the cumulative yearly targets as set in the MBO.
- To develop new customers as per given target.
- Conclude Customer Complaint in given time period.
- Developing Standard operational procedure and Reports.
- Conducting review meetings of team.
- Managing client interface and adding value.
- Internal customer Branding.
- Go getter - should be able to drive complex business matrix and large team.
- Candidate need to travel Pan India as and when required.
