Job Description:

Employee Records Management:

  • Create, update, and maintain employee files, ensuring all records are accurate and complete.

  • Manage the storage and retrieval of employee documents, both physical and electronic.

  • Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

  • Manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.

  • Conduct initial HR interviews and assist in the selection process.

Onboarding and Offboarding:

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.

  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.

  • Conduct exit interviews and assist with offboarding procedures.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

HR Support:

  • Assist the team with various administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and correspondence.

  • Prepare HR-related reports as required.

  • Payroll processing and attendance tracking.

  • Managing overall office needs and Expenses on daily basis.

  • Take the Techncial reports from the Technical team and fill the google spreadsheet.

  • All kind of Office administrative work.

  • Collect the Expenses bills from the Director and scan and file them based on financial year.

     

Training and Development:

  • Support the planning and execution of training programs.

  • Monitor and report on training outcomes.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for improving documentation processes and implement changes as needed.

  • Stay informed about new tools and technologies that can enhance document management efficiency.
