Job Description:

Business Development & Sales  Identify and develop new business opportunities for ground-mounted solar power plant projects.  Generate leads through direct sales, networking, industry events, consultants, and channel partners.  Build and maintain relationships with large scale industrial, commercial, and institutional customers.  Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand energy requirements.  Promote captive, group captive, open access, and utility-scale solar solutions. Proposal Management  Coordinate with engineering and project teams to prepare techno-commercial proposals.  Analyze client requirements and develop customized solar solutions.  Prepare cost estimates, ROI analyses, energy-saving calculations, and project feasibility reports. Negotiation & Contract Closure  Lead commercial negotiations with prospective customers.  Finalize project agreements, PPAs (Power Purchase Agreements), EPC contracts, and related documentation.  Ensure timely closure of sales opportunities and achievement of revenue target Market Research & Strategy  Monitor solar industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities.  Identify emerging market opportunities in renewable energy sectors.  Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share. Coordination & Project Handover  Work closely with engineering, finance, legal, and project execution teams.  Ensure smooth transition from project acquisition to execution.  Support clients during project development and commissioning stages. Reporting  Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline reports.  Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports.  Forecast sales targets and business opportunities. Required Skills  Strong understanding of solar power plant design and economics.  Regarding current applicable policy in the state and central govt. regulatory board.  Knowledge of EPC contracts, PPAs, open access, and captive solar models.  Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.  Ability to prepare techno-commercial proposals.  Familiarity with state and central renewable energy policies.  Strong communication and presentation skills.  CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
